Project Manager Consultant in Luxembourg – Hybrid

infeurope is looking for a Project Manager Consultant with at least 5 years relevant professional experience as a project management officer (national or international within the EU) and experience in managing projects in the Buildings and Facility Management sectors and/or in complex environments and/or regulated industries.

The position will be hybrid – means 50% remotely and 50% presence in the headquarters in Luxembourg.

The contract starts on 10/06/2024 and last until 31/12/2024.

TASKS

Under the direct supervision of the Head of Unit, the team acts as advisors and project manager for the planning and execution of complex and transversal projects in the area of activities as described above.

• More specifically activities and accountabilities for which support is required are:
• The development and management of a Corporate Real Estate Performance Model
• The development and management of a Risk Management Framework for the Department
• The management of the Departments Project Management office
• The management of the client’s Groups Corporate Climate Programme
• Monitoring and reporting on the Departments performance and objectives & key results within the line of governance and on specific projects/programmes within the bank such as the Climate Bank Roadmap, the Risk Appetite Framework etc.
• The collection, management and reporting of transversal financial and non-financial data and information deducted from this data
• Strategical, tactical and operational communication activities for the Department and its Divisions
• Quality management and monitoring of audit points for the activities falling under the Departments responsibilities
• Procurement and budget management activities
• Other transversal activities, within the Directorate or cross-Directorates such as the Workplace Value Chain etc.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCE

Typical qualifications

University degree or equivalent, preferably in the area of engineering, law, business administration or equivalent,
Project Management Certification – PM2, Prince 2 and/or PMP/PMI and/or an Agile methodology would be an advantage.

Typical experience
At least one demonstrated experience as project manager in a project team for a large project (>EUR 2m), Project management experience should include coordination, documentation and leading the project management process.

Key technical/professional knowledge and skills
Experience in Property or Real Estate Management or corporate sustainability management and/or reporting,
Experience in project management principles and best practices with proven record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of methodologies,
In-depth experience of at least one Project Management methodology such as PM2, PMI, PRINCE2, SCRUM,
Demonstrated management skills, team spirit and diplomacy skills,
Proven analysis and problem-solving skills,
Hands on mind-set with a strong awareness of deadlines and capacity to work under pressure,
Good listening capabilities (important to understand concerns of business users),
Solid planning skills (ideally MS Projects),
Excellent English, minimum level C1.
