Treasury Operations Manager

The Koch Global Treasury group is seeking a Treasury Operations Manager to join our Finance office in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will be self-driven, highly motivated, and focused on creating value. This role provides a great opportunity to coach and develop a high performing treasury team that supports cash management and banking services functions across various Koch Companies in the EMEA region. These activities include bank account management, regional cash positioning, short-term liquidity forecasting, short-term investments, payment execution, and several other value-add activities necessary to support the daily treasury operations of Koch Industries. You will engage and partner with Kochs diverse portfolio of businesses and banks, as well as the tax, legal, accounting, and other corporate capabilities, as you strive to innovate and deliver Treasury services that exceed expectations. The business knowledge gained, and the experience provided by this position provides an excellent platform for future career growth within the company. This role will report directly to the EMEA Treasury Director.

Our Team

You will join our new team being formed in Luxembourg. As part of our teams expansion, we are currently selecting a new office which will be located in either Main Station, Cloche DOr or Howald districts.

What You Will Do

• Play a key role in developing contribution motivated talent across the Koch Global Treasury Team
• Lead Treasury Operations Team activities including bank account management, payments execution and cash forecasting
• Build preferred partnerships with key constituencies, including banks, investors, vendors and internal customers
• Help develop innovative strategies for improving business outcomes, and drive transformation within the teams daily responsibilities
• Partner with Treasury Technology and Treasury Transformation teams on treasury technology initiatives
• Ensure the team is focused on the importance of accurate and timely data that can be used to enable effective decision making
• Ensure the team optimizes the use of Treasury Technology (including Kyriba) in daily work, and maintains updated core data
• Advance Kochs Principle Based Management culture within the treasury team by applying and reinforcing the Companys Guiding Principles

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics is required
• Proven experience in treasury operations, cash management or similar roles, including experience as a supervisor
• Fluent in English
• Ability to manage team priorities effectively in order to maximize value creation

What Will Put You Ahead

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Experience with the Kyriba Treasury Management System, or other TMS solutions
• Experience collaborating and working effectively across multiple capabilities, businesses and geographic locations
• Basic understanding of FX risk management
